Part I: Delivery Your Route Sales Driver will deliver water and/or other products to you every 15 business days. You will receive a schedule of your delivery dates at the time of your first delivery. If your schedule changes, Crystal Springs will give you a new schedule on the day that it is changed. If you require water on a non-scheduled day, you may call our office at 800-423-8966 to request an off-route delivery. We will do our best to service your request. Part II: Service Agreement You (or your authorized agent) must be present at the time of your first delivery to receive your equipment and sign our Service Agreement. At this time you should also make arrangements with your Route Sales Driver for your future deliveries. After this initial delivery you need not be present. Our service agreement lists our payment terms, rates, etc. You will also be required to provide at that time a Social Security Number, Valid California Driver's Liscence Number, or Federal Tax ID Number to initiate service. By signing our Service Agreement you agree to be bound by the terms of that agreement. Part III: Billing You will be billed monthly for the use of any equipment, or product received from Crystal Springs. Part IV: Payment Payment may be made by cash, check, or money order directly to your Route Sales Driver; or by check, money order, Visa, or Mastercard to our office. Credit card payments require a signed authorization form which may be sent to us by mail, or by fax. You may also make payment at our office. If no payment is received by our office by the due date on your invoice a late fee of $5.00 will be assessed. Your payments are due 25 days after the invoice date. |
