Changing the Dispenser Bottles

Do not remove the bottle cap. Simply remove the paper seal from the cap and place the bottle on the dispenser with the cap on it. You can also remove a bottle from the dispenser and the cap will re-seal without any spill or leak.

In fact, we train our representatives with the knowledge to repair and maintain almost any water equipment on the market.  We even service water dispensers from other companies and filtration units attached under the sink.

Change When You Need It

Contracts should never lock you into a service you don’t want – especially when your needs change.  We want you to know that you can change, add, and adjust your services anytime, or even skip a delivery if necessary.

Simply give us a call or login to your account.

Getting Started

The only delivery that you actually need to be present for is the initial installation. After that, you can make arrangements with your delivery driver to leave refilled bottles in a location that you designate for future water deliveries. Just don't forget to leave your empty bottles out to avoid bottle deposit charges.

Included with your initial set-up of your service will be a delivery schedule. The schedule indicates your delivery dates for the remainder of the year. If you do not have your schedule, our office will be happy to send you a replacement.
